This diabetic foot project was launched on 21st January 2016 in India. Having learnt about different existing projects running in different parts of the world, there was an urgent need to have one such project in India, where there is huge number of diabetic patients. Amit Jain's project is the result of a one-man vision and mission to improve the diabetic foot care across India and also around the world through the Amit Jain system of practice.

From past 3 years, Dr. Amit Jain has conducted camps, guest lectures at different institutes and have appeared in media's to bring awareness about amputation prevention.
